Romig Park Water Improvement District, is a homeowner controlled water utility serving residents and businesses off Hillcrest Dr. and Spenard Rd. The water distributed to customers is a blend of AWWU city water and groundwater provided by a single well near the intersection of Hillcrest Dr and Spenard Rd.
